Our Herb Trio Gourmet Salt Seasoning Set includes three of our most popular herb based salt blends in an attractive clear display case. Our Herb Trio Set is a wonderful introduction to gourmet salt blends, and since we use only uses premium ingredients with a focus on organic and sustainable sources, you can be confident the flavors will be stupendous.

The first salt in this set is our Herb Garden Blend. As the name implies, this lush blend is like a mini herb garden in a jar combining eight varieties of organic herbs. To this herb base, we add fluffy Murray River salt and delicate fleur de sel from France. The result is a delightful blend that excels on grilled chicken, pan-seared tilapia or any cream soup.

Citrus Basil Blend is the second salt we include in our Herb Trio set. This is a seriously yum-alicious (yeah, we said it) blend combining exotic lemon myrtle (a rainforest spice from Australia) with organic basil, orange and lemon peel to which we add pink-hued Murray River salt. Citrus Basil has been a consistent top seller as it imparts a tangy salinity to almost any seafood dish or steamed vegetable.

The final salt in this set is our French Herb Blend, which was inspired by the ‘herbes de provence’ from the countryside of southern France. Organic rosemary, thyme, basil, fennel, and lavender are blended with fleur de sel and essence of black truffle to impart a luxurious earthy flavor. Our French Herb Blend is fantastic on seared halibut or simply sprinkled on French fries.
