Fumee De Sel Gourmet Salt Seasoning - Fumee de Sel marries two culinary delights, salt and wine, in a taste-forward union. Our sumptuous Fumee de Sel is slow-smoked over chardonnay oak barrels imparting a subtle sweet tone to this balanced salt. A sprinkle of Fumee de Sel adds complex flavor and smokiness to root vegetables, on chopped salad with blue cheese, or in a poultry marinade or brine.
Premium Ingredients: Pure unrefined sea salt with natural smoke obtained from burned oak barrels use to age Chardonnay wine.
