Garlic Shallot Gourmet Salt Seasoning Blend - Our Garlic Shallot Blend is a huge improvement on the old standbys of processed garlic and onion salts. Fragrant and seductive, organic garlic and shallot tango cheek-to-cheek with fleur de sel and Himalayan Pink Salt to produce this gourmet blend. This blend is incredibly versatile (especially if you love the pungent flavor of garlic & shallot as much as we do). Try it on creamy risotto or rice pilaf, rub it into the skin of a whole chicken prior to roasting, or sprinkle with butter on popcorn.
