Everest Wet Salt is the first salt in the set and it was inspired by the flavors found in Asian cooking. Oils of organic Kaffir lime, lemongrass and wasabi merge with Himalayan Pink Salt to create a heady floral aroma with a big punch of salinity. This salt is perfect on grilled fish or mixed with any Asian noodle dish.

The next salt in the trio is a huge favorite amongst our customers—Truffle Wet Salt. Heck, it would be hard to blame them, since this salt marries black truffle oil, white truffle oil, fleur de sel and Hawaiian Black Lava salt for a rich and earthy flavor. Truffle Wet Salt is great on pizza crust or sprinkled on eggs, and we have been told that folks have even eaten it alone right out of the bottle!

The final salt in the set is our Citrus Wet Salt. This exquisite blend combines exotic blood orange and clementine oils with a bit of organic sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt and fleur de sel. Citrus Wet Salt shines on seafood and grilled vegetables.
